This website, www.miznavenue.com, is run by the Mizn Avenue leasing team to lease retail units at Mizn Avenue, a community retail centre in Al Mizn 4 (Plot P14), Abu Dhabi. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Mizn Avenue leasing team.

When you ask for something through the website — the leasing brochure, the leasing pack, unit options, current availability, a concept-fit check, a site visit or a general leasing enquiry — we collect what you enter. Depending on the request, that can include:

• your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
• your company or brand name and your business category
• the unit size you are interested in
• a description of your concept, your requirements or any note you add
• for a site visit, your preferred date and time of day
• whether you ticked the optional box to receive leasing availability and project updates

The homepage enquiry form lets you mention files. The files themselves are not uploaded: only their names and sizes are added to your message, and we ask you to email the originals to us.

So the leasing team can understand and answer your request, each submission also carries:

• the type of request and a reference number
• the page and page title you sent it from, the part of the page you used, and the website language
• the business category, unit size or community connected with that page or with a choice you made
• the date and time you sent it
• the first page of your visit, up to the last 12 pages you viewed, and any earlier requests you sent during the same visit
• the campaign and referral information described below

If you reach the website from an advertisement, a campaign link or another website, we note the campaign tags in the link (UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content), the Google Ads click identifier (gclid) if there is one, the address of the website that referred you (without its query string) and the page you arrived on. This is kept in your browser for up to 30 days and included with any request you send in that time, so the leasing team knows how you found us. A later visit from a different campaign or website replaces it.

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how the website is used — for example, which pages are viewed, which buttons are pressed and whether a request was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and collects information such as your device, browser and approximate location.

The events we send describe the action taken: the request type, the page and page type, the website language, the part of the page used, the business category, the unit-size interest, the campaign source, medium and name, and an error type if something went wrong. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or company to Google Analytics, and the website removes any value that looks like an email address or a phone number before an event is sent.

Google handles this information under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

To make repeat requests quicker, the website keeps some information in your browser’s own storage. It reaches us only if you send a request.

• Your details from this visit — name, contact details, company and the requests you have sent — so a second form can show “Sending as …” and ask only for what is missing. They are kept until you close the browser tab.
• The latest campaign and referral information, for up to 30 days (see above).
• Markers without personal details: that the brochure has been made available on this device (90 days), when a request was last sent (30 days), and whether you closed the “Still evaluating Mizn Avenue?” message (14 days).
• Your language choice.

You can remove all of this at any time by clearing this website’s data in your browser. The website still works without it.

• to answer your enquiry and provide what you asked for, such as brochure access, leasing information, unit options, availability or a site visit
• to follow up on your enquiry and manage any leasing discussion that follows
• to send leasing availability and project updates — only if you ticked the box to receive them
• to understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, and to improve the website
• to protect our forms from spam and misuse
• to keep a record of the enquiries we receive

Your information is handled by the Mizn Avenue leasing team and by the service providers that run the website’s features:

• Web3Forms delivers the website’s forms: your submission is sent to Web3Forms, which forwards it by email to the leasing team. Each form also includes a hidden field that helps Web3Forms filter spam.
• Google provides Google Analytics, as described above.
• Vercel hosts the website and processes technical information — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver the website and keep it secure.
• WhatsApp: if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, it opens with a suggested message that you can edit before sending. Your conversation is then handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. The website records only that a WhatsApp link was pressed, not your number.
• Email: if a form cannot be delivered, the website can open your own email app with your details already written, addressed to sales@miznavenue.com. Nothing is sent unless you press send.
• Sharing: the Share button opens the service you choose (such as WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn, Facebook or email) or your device’s share menu, which then handles what you share.

Some of these providers process information on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires us to.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer your request, to manage any leasing discussion that follows and to keep proper business records. Google Analytics data is kept according to the data-retention setting of our Google Analytics account. The periods for information stored in your browser are listed above.

• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Ask us to stop sending leasing updates at any time, even if you ticked the box to receive them.
• Clear this website’s data in your browser, or block cookies.

Information you send through the website travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not include sensitive personal information — such as identity documents or health details — in a website form.

This website is for businesses and professionals looking to lease commercial space. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We will update this page when the website or the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
